So, I was told that my dress would be in the end of July early August....I called once about 2 weeks ago and they said it wasen't there. Then I called last week and they said they would get back to me and they never did. So, I called this morning and they said they would have to call me back. I was like that is what you said last time! They said they would call me by the end of the day and I still have not heard from them. Should I be freaking out yet?

This is unacceptable! I had the same issue (not getting called back) when I needed to get a swatch from my salon -- it took over 3 months. This (low) level of customer service is rarely seen outside of the bridal industry. If I buy a refridgerator from PC Richard or Sears, I don't get this kind of run around so what's up with these wedding vendors???!!!! It's a bunch of BS
We have 45 days left -- just over 6 weeks. You are going to have to go down there in person and demand more information about where your gown is and precisely when it's due to be delivered. You should be going on to your 2nd fitting -- don't give up until you get clear answers.

UGHH, I just called back to speak with the salesgirl and the woman who handles delivery just left for the day. She better be calling me tommorrow. I haven't had a bridezilla moment yet but, this could bring it out!

That wouldn't satisfy me at all!! They said two days in a row that they would call you back and haven't.... as your date twin said....GO DOWN THERE AND RAISE HELL!!! She's right..you should be on your 2nd fitting by now....
They shouldn't be getting away with telling you they'll cally ou back and then they don't and give you some lame a@@ excuse that the woman left for the day.. WHY DID SHE LEAVE IF SHE KNEW SHE HAD TO TAKE CARE OF SOMETHING!!!! Finding your dress should've been next on her list of things to do..not going home for the day.
Im angry enough to call them for you darn it!!!!

I agree 100% that would not be enough for me, I would be in my car on my way there demanding that someone give me some answers or do something. The amount of you money you give to these salons and all you get is the run around. It's just not right.

I told my friend she should lie about her wedding date when ordering her wedding dress and bridal party dresses. I told her she should tell the store her wedding is three weeks before it really is.

I would go in person and demand some answers. That is uncalled for. If it's not in yet they should just tell you. and give you an exact date. so i would go and tlak to the manager.
