My dress might be a little too big

So based on the measurements the store took when I ordered my dress in the beginning of June, I am down:

15 pounds
3 inches in my waist
2 inches in my bust (I deal LOL)
1.5 inches on my hips

def true!!! Its the total circumference so back fat, side boob alll included!!

out of curiousity, can I ask how tall you are? I need to lose some inches too and want to estimate how many lbs I need to lose

5'5' - I started out at 167 and I'm now 153. If you want to go by the height/weight chart, for a medium frame (which I am) I should be between 127-141. My goal weight would be to get down to 140. I feel like if I was less than that I would look like Skeletor!

I can't believe that you're the weight you say you are! Only because I'm around the same thing, and you look half my size!!!
