Hi ladies, sorry I haven't been on....we had an awesome time at our e-party on Saturday night--even with a glitch in the AC & not having any for almost 40 minutes!!!! NOT Fun.

Had a make-up trial w/ Dina also that a.m. which went very well.

Sunday my parents & his parents got together & we opened our gifts & had dinner.

I started temping yesterday & I should be in the shower now...

I'll definitely post some pics tonight & give a review.

I do want to say thank you to everyone for your sweet words & kind wishes. You girls are the best!!!!

Saturday I woke up & had a make-up trial with Dina from Beautiful Possibilities. She is truly too sweet. She spent so much time talking and really taking her time with me. I love how my make-up turned out. We even tried the fake lashes, which came out great.

My FILs coordinated the whole party & my FMIL really wanted to take charge. Basically the only thing I was able to do was make our slideshow, which was a HUGE hit. I made a 30 minute slideshow w/ pics of us growing up and then with just about everyone that attended our party (with us) & I added comments & had graphics. SO many people came up to me & said what a wonderful idea & how it allowed them to learn so much about us (our interests, who is who, etc.) It ran in the background throughout the party.

I also took DCSAA's advice & ordered from Confoti.com (the photo confetti place). What a hit again!!! We sprinkled it on all the tables & everyone loved it & so many people said they'd be using it in the future. You can send in up to 30 pictures & for $19.99 they send you a huge bag.

My FIL's ordered food from Sebastiano's (I think in East Meadow). The food was fantastic.

Unfortunately I don't have more pics of the room & decorations, but we had a wonderful time. Our DJ kicked as$ & after the AC glitch (the first hour of the party), everything else ran really smooth.

Unfortunately I don't have pics of when I asked my girls to be in our wedding party. I gave e/ of them a Will you be my bridesmaid card & asked e/o one individually. We also called up our 3 fg's & our ring bearer & gave them e/ a card & a book on being a fg/ringbearer. Huge Hit.

Overall the night went fast, we got some beautiful gifts & $$$ & had a lot of fun.
