I can believe someone would take the time to scan their hand to show an engagment ring. It makes me wonder why folks are getting married these days- to show off their engagement ring!!!

Yes, Al-Jambori, some people WOULD take the time to scan their hand. Obviously you are new here, and don't know the sense of community and friendship we have all built together here, and when something good happens to us, we share it with our online friends, as well as share ideas, thoughts, vents, etc. . .
That's what this board is all about.

I get them done at Star Nails, on Main Street in Hempstead -- not the fanciest place, but they do an excellent job. I recommend either Marie or Michelle.
Marie does mine.

Thanks Marcela, I told him you recommended me. I didnt know your last name, but you're a law student right?

He sent me a price quote for $260/year on $10,000.
I thought that was pretty good.

The renters insurance I thought was a bit too high, but that's b/c it's a minimum of $75,000 worth of goods covered. I don't think I need that much yet just for a 1-bedroom apartment, so I will shop around for that a little.

Thanks for the recommendation, he was prompt and friendly.
