I just wanted to post this for anyone looking for a bridal store - I have purchased my veil and bridemaids dresses from BR. The veil when I went to pick it up - I tried it on - with the help of two people helping me (even though it was busy) we decided it was too long for me. They shortened it - when I p/u they told me when I try it with the dress if I would like to make it shorter just return it. Now for the bridal dresses - I think they are very helpful and I wanted to have my flowers wrapped with the bottom of the girls dresses, however, there isn't as much material left - to make this long story shorter they went in the back and came out with about 2 yds - and gave it to me. I have had a good experience with them. Just for your info.

Are you using the one in Massapequa or Carle Place? I went to the Carle Place location last weekend and found a dress I loved but was wondering about the service.

I never went to the one in CP - I have only been to the one in Mass. but I have been there about 10 x's and think the place is extremely helpful and professional. You are always going to get mixed reviews on every place b/c mistakes happen everywhere. I'm just telling you I think they have been great. One of my bridemaids dresses had a pull when we went to see it - we pointed it out - I don't know if they rushed another dress or what but the pull was gone. Good Luck
