Maybe Ive just had some bad luck with them, but I went on expedia.com to book my honeymoon. I knew what resort I wanted so I chose it, and I put that I wanted to have a flight with that, so I assumed the flights that came up were the correct flights trusting expedia.
Turns out, its a week before my wedding I find out they booked me to the wrong airport, the airport is 170 miles from the resort. I went on the phone and everyone from expedia is telling me different things. One is saying they cant refund the money, the other is sapostly saying they can refund the money but its going to be a cancelation fee. Nobody knows whats going on in this company, and its agrivating.
excuse my language but they messed up my hole honeymoon.. **** EXPEDIA!!!
(im on the phone right now trying to somehow fix this)

OMG!!!!!!!!! I HATE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!! They refuse to refund me my money for our flights!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry--that's terrible.
I used Expedia for my honeymoon (and for a lot of our flying) and haven't ever had a problem with them.....

if your confirmation shows the correct information, & they booked something else, u can easily call your cc company & dispute the charge.

I was just going to say this--can you call your cc company and make a complaint? it's not fair, especially no one is giving you the same answers

i would contact the airline directly and forget about expedia... I had to change a flight once and I went straight through delta instead of expedia or travelocity which is who i booked through and it was much smoother

I have been booking trips on expedia since 1998 and I have never ever had a problem.
They give you the option to review it before you actually confirm the reservation...

I was going to say the same thing. You review the entire thing before you book it.
