My experience with Mummy's Jewelry

Although I have not written in a longggggggggtime...I thought it was very important to write this. I had a HORRIBLE experience today at the TRI-County Flea Market in Nassau County....


I went to pick up the flower girl jewerly at MUMMY's Jewerly (sometimes known as MJ's). I was told it would be ready in 2 weeks. I ordered them on May 10th.

I arrive asking for my order and was told I should have called prior to coming because it was not on her. I told her I traveled an hour to get here and and hour back and felt that it was wrong of her to say to stop by after 2 weeks and not have it. SHe said I should have called and that is why she underlined the phone number on my receipt. I said you told me to come back in 2 weeks and never mentioned calling. All I asked for was some compensation...like $5 off my purchase or something to satisfy my drive out of my way...what does she say???

'No I can't guarentee I can give you anything.' Then I said well I feel I should since I drove this entire way. After arguing for 5 minutes, She finally says she will throw in a pair of earrings. I ask her to put that on paper..what does she say???

'No' I said....'Yes and if you don't I wont have my friends shop here for their jewerly on their wedding day' She then says 'Are you threatening me?' I said no, not you personally but yes your business asnd I will tell others not to shop here. Can you just put this in writting...since when I come back here you probably would say you wouldn't give me anything, so I want it in writing.,

SHe then tells me 'You just want a free gift and I am selfish!!' I almost lept over the counter and choked her. I told her I will not leave until she does write it down for me. She finally does and then proceeds to call me 'You piece of SH**!' I will make sure I give you a 50 cent piece of crap in spite of you.'

I was so mad girls that she continued calling me names...then she tries to help other costumers but they tell her they don't want to buy anything from her becase she is treating me so bad! **THANK GOD!

She tells me to leave because I an ruining her business!!! So I was so mad at this point...rather than hurting her I did something I shouldn't have done. But in a way I am glad I did it....I spit my gum into my hand and slapped it onto her counter and told her to go F*** off.

I asked for my money back...she said no. She said she would ship me my jewerly because she didn't want to see my face ever again!

Nice women right? Well I had a lot of people complain about her today and not take business from her. Just wanted to let you girls know...
