my experience yesterday at the .....

glass slipper in the city
ok well lets start off with the fact that this is on a street in manhattan - not store front - which i was expecting - need to take an elevator - metal doors - totallly weird - 6th floor - you knock - someone opens up - and there's about 20 pairs of shoes there - realllly effin weird escp since they were like $200 and up

my mom and sis were like w*t*f??? - where did you get this place from?

there was no one there- just one young girl reading a magazine - i just felt so weird and so out of place it wasnt even funny.

well my sis and i asked the girl - whats up with this place - do you ever get any people that come here - and shes like we do mostly online and out of like bridal magazines - where ppl place orders over thephone or online....
didnt know that one

i didnt go to another one.

oh so you went to their office where they do their online orders. Yeah if its an online site then you just order online or else going to their office won't help really.

omg i went sunday, just drove intot he city.

I got there at 12 when they are supposed to open, and the door man said she was late
so i waited around for 25 minutes lol
she must of overslept

but year its a small store, not much selection, and its FINAL SALE if you buy there

but if u buy online u can return

I was so turned off by that, i didnt buy anything, if anythign i will order online so i can get a chance to try it on with my gown and return if i dont like it

I then went to DSW and bought a pair of skecher sneeks for the day of. I'll buy a pair of flip flops somewhere too

its an online site, the way zappos and bluefly.com is. Obviously there has to be an office where they have their business but nobody goes to the office you just order online ya know. There is no shady business or anything. Its like if you wanted to buy shoes from zappos, you would order online you wouldnt go to where they have their office.

They probably sell some at the office well i know exactly what you mean, its probably a suite in a building. They probably sell a few stuff there, just whatever they have on display but youre better off buying online or going to a bigger store. They shouldnt advertise it like that
