My FH and I bought my Birthday present LES MIS tickets today!!!

I've seen it three times, but it's HANDS DOWN my favorite play on Broadway! Soooooo excited it's back! He's never seen it, and he's not a Broadway guy (he liked Wicked, though), but he's taking me to see it for my B-day in December! Which means a Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree/Blue Water Grill/Les Miserables PERFECT birthday!!!! I know I have a wedding and Disney World to get through first, but I CAN'T WAIT for my birthday now!!!

LOL I am taking my fiance for his birthday/Christmas - he's not a broadway person but enjoyed Rent and is a history teacher...he expressed an interest in Les Mis and was upset it closed....so I bought him tickets for December, but he doesn't know yet! (I've already seen it twice - once in SF when my uncle was company manager there (I was 9) and once in NY the April before it closed.

I get CHILLS when I hear songs from Les Mis. On My Own is my absolute favorite!!!

My boyfriend from college turned me onto that play, which is funny because he was into rap and hip hop, but LOVED Les Mis!! lol. I hope my FH loves it! It's SO powerful!

I just ordered the original cast recording of Les Mis. I have it already, but it was all scratched up and unlistenable. Now I'm gonna get addicted to it again!! lol

My FI bought me tickets for Les Mis for my bday too. I LOVE the show and have seen it like 5 or 6 times. I am so excited. We're going in December too and I can't wait.

the only time the word 'miserable' and your birthday being in the same sentence together is actually a good thing!!

congrats, my absolute fave play also!!! there's nothing else like it. parts i cry during: on my own, bring him home and pretty much the rest of the play lol

have fun!!! i was supposed to go on november 5th but that does not look like it is happening anymore
