Well today is my FH b-day we had planned a party at his parents house. Well yesterday he called me up so upset that his parents don't want to have it. So now I have a cake that feeds 30-35 ppl and nothing planned for him. Ladies what should I do for him to cheer him up. He was so upset that he was crying to my yesterday when he was here....... He doesn't even want to send his day home with his parent. He rents are funny if it was for his bro his parent would bend over backwards for him but not for my FH though. Also I have a surprise party planned for him and everything about 3 mths ago I was going to have it at a restarutant and everything 2 mths b/4 his mom calls me and says that his father doesn't want me to have it and to cancel the party so I did. I didn't want to overstep..
Please help ladies... tia

Maybe you can take him out for a nice dinner, make some phone calls and see if some of his friends can make it out to a local bar... you may even be able to bring the cake. I think it's all about making him feel special.

great advice mellowmood...i would say the same thing...take him out for dinner so that he thinks its just the two of you and then have friends waiting for him wherever you decide to go!
I would definately call his friends and their g-friends and try to plan something with them at your place or a bar/lounge at least he can be with people he knows cares ...like you! if not take him to his favorite restaurant.

can you get people to go to his favorite bar/restaurant? They may slap you with a cake cutting charge but bring the cake!

I agree....go to a bar/restaurant that he loves and call all his friends and bring the cake and celebrate!!! Last minute get togethers are always the best!!! Im sure he would appreciate you doing something like that for him.

thanks for all the great advise. Well the day went well. We just spend the day cuddling and watching our fav. movies then we went out to dinner and they sang happy birthday and then when we got back to his house we had some cake. i was a great day for him. He said to me that he had a great b-day and that i made his day complete and that he cant wait to spend all of his b-days with me... AWW i thought that was so cute.... ill post the b-day cake when he up loads it. it was a fish theme...it was realli cute..
