7 vendors (3 from dj, 3 from photo/video, 1 photobooth attendant-all half price)

60% of the guests are from my side

32% of those invited responed no

Me too! So far we're 239 invited, 115 yes, 49 no, which leaves us with a possible max of 192 yes's... we guaranteed 175 and I'm hoping to hit right around or under there! Most of FH's family hasn't responded and the ones that did are mostly no's and about half of the remaining RSVP's are coming from OOT... this waiting process is so stressful!

well we are but either i called them and 2 of them i just assumed they are no's. we dont talk to them (FH's aunts) and FFIL did not bother to call them and ask cuz he had already told us that they werent going.
