I got a BFP two weeks ago on a HPT. Tonight is my appointment with my OBGYN. I'm 6 weeks - What can I expect to happen? Do I have a sonogram?

That's what I thoght too, and then someone said that I may be able to hear the heartbeat?

I had my first at 6 weeks - they did an internal sonogram to confirm it was a viable pregnancy. I was able to see the hearts beating - thats about it though.
