So my sister (MOH) has been great. I know she's planning my (surprise) shower and my (surprise) bachelorette party. But my best friend (and BM) has said she wanted to take the lead in planning my bachelorette party. It seems, though, that my friend has not responded to a single email from my sister for a couple of weeks now. My sister would rather just plan it herself! I hate that my best friend seems like she doesn't even care...argh.
Why would she want to take the lead in it all of a sudden? If she's not responding I'd let your sister keep going...
I think oyur sister should keep planning it, and the BF should just help...Since your sister is already in the planning stages.

It's not that I mind who is doing the planning. Well, I am annoyed b/c I don't think everything should fall on my sister (especially when I did EVERYTHING for one of my BM's wedding a few months ago). It's more that I think it's rude of my friend to offer to take the lead and then leave everyone hanging for the past few weeks. It's just rude, if you ask me.
