My First Vent!!!!!!! I am very upset with the Post Office!

My invites (all 136 of them) went out on Jan. 20th, day after MLK day. I have gotten responses from as far as Colorado and California. They were mailed from Brroklyn, where I live, and people in QUEENS and STATEN ISLAND have not gotten them yet! I have SOME extra invites, but not a ton and I will resend if necessary BUT don't want to resend to same addresses if it won't get there a second time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, now that I have vented... HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

Id call the post office and find out whats going on.

I would give it few more days I am sure the snow storm slowed down deliveries.

I agree with Christine. Give it a few more days. The snow has made a lot of things, especially the post office slower. If by the end of next week nothing, than call and b***h.

We did call, they said everything went out at the end of the day and nothing was held! I guess I will have to resend some. What bothers me is that these are the ones I KNOW that didn't get it! What abbout the ones that I don't know about? Am I going to have to wait unttil the due date to fist make calls?

Sorry I know I am rambling but I am upset. Is it the worst thing in the world, no, but... you can understand my frustration.

does your post have different drop box for local, neigbhoring cites, then states?

so do and some don't... if they don't ..it should be soughted before hand..if not..you have to drop in the respective box. this helps in the sorting process

a few more days won't hurt..

The entire lot was handed to a clerk. he put it into one of the boxes and took it to tghe back. We had hped they did 'the right thing' with them.
