I LOST 4 LBS IN 1 WEEK WHEN I WENT ON THE SCALE I HAD THE HOPE OF AT LEAST LOSING HALF A POUND BUT WHEN I WAS TOLD 4 POUNDS I ALMOST CRIED....OK I TEARED UP...OK I HAD TEARS STREAMING DOWN MY FACE AND A BIG HUGE SMILE.....LADIES IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN WW GO FOR IT IT DOES HELP

Isn't is a great feeling? I kinda felt like crying a little too when I first started losing bc it was just so hard for me to lose weight. But WW Works! I feel like we should be on a commercial!

Yes its the best feeling in the world, It used to take me a month to lose 4 pounds...and when i did it in a week it just got soo emotional for me
