Its a calorie counter similar to weight watchers but entirely FREE! You can track the calories you've used for the day and your exercise. When you first sign up you answer questions and it assigns you a goal and number of calories/ exercise you should work towards to reach your goal weight. I LOVE it!

It's so easy and definitely makes you think about portion control and what you are eating! I lost 15 lbs since January 1!
