Is not going to be in by my wedding... They told us they would be in yesterday and a lady called and said they were in... I drove all the damn way to Cleveland to get them... got FH's... Oh wait NOT mine... they haven't sent mine for sizing yet or even to change the setting... Then there is setting the diamond after the setting is changed out... The story i got it is they made a mistake and forgot to send it out, HELLO it was supposed to be sent in JUNE for sizing and setting change then go out after we finished paying it off (2 weeks ago) for the diamond to be set. They say now the earliest i will recieve my ring is October. So now I am on the hunt for a plain band for FH to use at the wedding...

cant you cancel it?? and get something near you? sorry your going through this, if you continue to still go with them I would request some kind of discount ! that is ridiculous

We could cancel it but they only give store credit. We wouldn't be able to get the money back and go somewhere else and unfortunately i don't have the extra cash to go elswhere.

That stinks!!! There is no way they can put a rush on it? Or GIVE you a loaner untill yours comes in- afterall it was THEIR mistake!

thats insane! Did you tell them thats after your wedding? I'd go back in person and tell them how unsatisfied you are and ask them what they are going to do for you. And I would stand there till they give me an answer I am happy with. Even if it means lending you another ring in the meantime.
