How about a planning type book with all the folders for your vendors... I loved that gift. Also, we have a thread about Chicken Soup for the Bride's Soul... I gave that to my sister when she got engaged and she passed it back to me. It's a really great book for a bride to be.

there are books call 'What I love about you' and 'All about us' that are like question books that the bride and groom can sit and fill out together...they are great!

my MOH got us coasters with our pics on them through the years she gave them to us right after we got engaged i think that was my favorite gift! seeing how we were up to the present.... good luck
its really small but my favorite was my MOH gave me a gift certificate to get my nails done for a month so that everytime I got to show off my ring my nails looked pretty! for GC was for like $50 and she got me a few bridal mags.
