Finding a venue. She wants to get married May 2011. Her first choice is 5/29 but that is Memorial Day weekend and it may be expensive. Her budget is $100 per plate. I think she may have to go up a little more than $100 since its prime season. Does anyone have any suggestions or maybe some quotes. Thanks!!!!!

Most places are not charging more for that Sunday, though some are. That was the date I was planning on and looked for, but then the hall that had my deposit booked it with someone else
Woodbury CC was around $100pp for that date.
I also looked at Floral Terrace which was a bit more than that
If she does a Friday or a Sunday she cen def get a nice place even cheaper than $100. Does it have to be a Sat?

we had ours at Larkfield Manor, Sunday of Labor day wkend and they did not charge more.. now that was back in 2006 but I would check them. Their prices are pretty reasonable and should fit her budget.

I can tell you that the Riviera in Massapequa is booked on the 29th already LOL that was the date I wanted originally so I had to change it.
I would tell her to check out the Sans Souci in Sea Cliff.
