my girls are deciding between these two BM dresses......
any thoughts? opinions? BOTH WOULD BE IN BLACK. Anyone better look for the RH?
I will say i think the girls that have seen the dresses so far are leaning towards the jh (pink pic) one--- but it will cost over $200 (which most wanted to keep it under) and is $50 or so more than the other dress..... So we shall see....
On that note---- anyone know of places to order BM dresses that seem to be less expensive than other places?

What I did was called A LOT of places to find the cheapest deals. Prices for the same dress ranged a lot at different places...some places were like 50-60 dollars cheaper.
B U R TO N S Bridal was the cheapest $133, so that's where my girls went. Just call around

I also agree with this. In case you didn't see my bm dress dilemma it all happened to work out by getting a quote online from bridesmaids.com and then talking to Village Bridal, where I'm getting my dress from, and they were VERY accommodating and matched the quote. Mind you it was $150 LESS than their 'retail price.'
So if you already have your dress from a place, I do suggest getting a quote from online and seeing if they would end up meeting it. HTH, GOOD LUCK!!

i think the first one is amazing but the ruffle might be hard for some people to pull off since it's so different... plus if anyone got cold or wanted to put on a cover-up during the reception i don't think it really work with the top ruffle either. if your girls would feel confident in that dress though i say do the ruffle!

I love the first dress but I feel like the 2nd dress will be more flattering to different body types. Either way, you can't go wrong.

Hey you were the girls at Lillettes yesterday!!! I went back after i left and had my girls try on both of these dresses haha! Pat told me that the only problem with the black (aka 1st pic) is that it has a shorter bust area so it looks like it cuts their chest in half and it looked that way on one of my girls. The green one looked really pretty on both of them tho. Loved the 1st but I would say the 2nd one works better

try wedding center in commack.. they quoted me like 50 dollars cheaper than other places.
