My Goodbye (for now!)....

Just about a year ago my FH and I began planning our wedding. Every Google search resulted in “LONG ISLAND WEDDINGS”. “Long Island Florist”, “Long Island Reception Hall”, “Long Island damn-near-anything” searches kept leading me back to this site. At first I was annoyed, then I joined…..

LIW has become many things to me. It was, at first, a resource for finding vendors. Then it became a site for wedding ideas…and an occasional source of drama and stress! As time progressed, it became a huge part of my life (too huge if you ask my FH). This site has helped me tremendously throughout the last year. Wedding ideas, helpful hints, laughs, conversation and support are just the beginning.

To all of the ladies on this site, enjoy every single moment. Don’t let the occasional drama get in your way. You will all be beautiful brides and I wish you wonderful weddings, happy marriages and a beautiful future. Thank you for all of your help and for your support over the last year. I look forward to watching you all get married!

To my date twins, thank you for your support. Thank you for being freaks like me and for agreeing that 2/29 is a perfect day for a wedding! I wish you all the best and I look forward to saying Happy 1st Anniversary…in 2012!

To the slunts of LIW (you know who you are), thank you. I’m glad LIW brought us together. You’re amazing, beautiful, wonderful people and you have changed my life in so many ways. Thank you for your support, your compassion and for being the slunts that you are. You have been wonderful to me throughout the ups and downs of the past year. Thank you for everything you've done for me. I absolutely adore you ladies!

I will be rather busy the next few days so I will speak to you all when I return from my honeymoon.
