My Grandfather Just Passed Away..

My sister called me at 9:30 tonight, I am still numb as I still can't believe it.

I just started a new job, and now I have to go in tomorrow and tell them I need off. I can't control what happened. I hope they allow me the time off.

My grandfather lived in FL, I am trying to get down there. The airfare is expensive! I don't know the arrangements but I should by tomorrow afternoon.

This is terrible! First my dad's best friend now this, this is such a tragedy!

So sorry Jenn! Your family will be in my thoughts & prayers. A lot of airlines offer berveament flights- call American and talk to one of their counselors on the phone.

When my grandmother died in florida, I got a flight for 1/2 price because I was traveling for a family member's funeral.

Thank You Ladies!!! My job was so understanding and are letting me go down to Fl next week.

The wake is Monday and then afterwards he is going to be creamated.

I checked southwest and for me and my husband to go down $1100!!!!! I am going to call Southwest to find out if I can get a discount. We want to leave out of McGarther, it would be allot easier. We are staying at my grandmothers' house and all we need extra is a car rental.

Does anyone know what number I can call about the airlines?
