Forum newbie and I really wish I would have discovered this Forum before I got my hair extensions (would have saved me the time and the money!). I have discovered the joys of clip-in extensions and let me say it is fantastic!. I just had my hair trial at D'Leon Salon in NYC and I wanted to know which style is better. Let me mention that style#2 looks kind of bumpy in the front...

iffy - Thanks for the warm welcome! I am going to buy my clip-in extensions from the salon. They will be used but they said they will wash them beforehand and its much cheaper than buying them brand new. However, I hear that the Brand from Sally's Beauty Supply is pretty good too (and much cheaper)

#1 is more structured and #2 is more natural.
I guess it would depend on your patience and hair type. I'm leaning toward #2 but I'm not sure if I'd be able to deal with bangs in your face or potential frizzy if it were rainy?
if you don't get frizz then I would say #2

Both are really nice and really wedding-appropriate, I think. It all depends on what type of look you're going for.
My dress is one of those princess Eve of Milady dresses so I thought big dress, big hair. I was thinking of channeling JLo 'Diva' but I could also do the romantic thing too. I guess I wont know until I do the makeup trials to see what look will just 'come together.'

You look gorgeous! It depends what kind of look you want. #1 is more sophisticated, #2 is more of a romantic style. It really de[ends which one you are going for. Either way you can't go wrong-I love both.

Let me just say you all ROCK!! Oh Yeah I forgot to mention I am not a natural blonde. I am trying to grow out my hair a bit so it will be a little bit longer by the wedding (more hair to work with!) so I think the styles will look a little bit different once my roots are touched up before the wedding. My cousin told me that in pic#1 my forehead looks huge and I think that's because my roots are giving off that effect.
Thanks again for the input everyone! This was definitely where I needed to go to get honest advice. My FH does not understand what's the big deal with hair .

ARGH I finally found you this morning!!! (I was half asleep when I got your email last night!!) They look REALLY great! I have a a hard time deciding, both look REALLY nice, but I would go with the less bumpy one, if you are more comfortable..are you wearing a tiara? Both of those 'dos will let one look great! Oh, la, la it feels good to know someone on here so we can do shout outs!! :) Congrats on finding your hair person, I need one now!!
