My hair trial with Stacy Pitt w/ pics
okay...i have to preface this by saying that i know my hair looks SUPER SUPER messy and crappy in these pics. But i had no idea what i wanted...i just wanted some sort of low updo. I didn't know what i wanted for the front, back etc.
So stacy was great and literally tried like 10 different styles on me (she spent 2 hours just trying different do's and front of the head styles). She only spent like 5-10 minutes per hairstyle just for me to get a general idea of the shape. But after all that pinning...then taking it down...and repinning and re-teasing my hair became a HUGE tangled, frizzy mess.
I ended up loving the very last style we tried (hence the super messy front). It's hard to tell from the pics (thanks mom)...but it'll be a low clean chignon....then she's setting my bangs into a soft finger wave. (she did it really quickly today without setting them in curlers, so it doesn't look as good)
She's going to do a full out styling on a mannequin head for me this week...and i'm going back to her before the wedding for a cut and she's going to do it for real for me then.
But for now...just use your imagination!
Side view: That curly part behind my ear will be cut off....we're going to wait until just before the wedding to cut my bands
