My half marathon & trip to Boston....with pics!

Hey guys! I wanted to share a few pictures of the half marathon I ran this past weekend in Boston! This was an amazing accomplishment and felt so good to do something like this. I made pretty decent timing for a beginner...I ran 13.1 miles in 2 hrs, 12 min and never had to stop and walk! I am now inspired to do another one and possibly train for a full marathon which has been a life goal for me! Ok that is all for now...hope all is well!

PS - I look pretty sweaty and nasty in these pics..but wanted to share anyway!

Congrats!!!! I miss Boston terribly!!! (moved anbout 1 1/2 yrs ago....) It's a great city glad you had fun!!!!

PS Newbury is awesome huh?

Wow that is awesome! I was all geared up to do a mini triathalon in Montauk this July, but by the time I went to register they were all closed!!!

I live in Boston currently and have done the run to remember twice! Congrats, it's such a fun race!!! I'm not sure if you mentioned this, but have you ever done any full marathons? The Boston full is such an incredible experience, as well as NYC!

Oh that is awesome...good for you! I am now inspired to do the full marathon. I just signed up for the lottery (for NYC marathon)...I really hope i get in. If not I will try for others but I feel compelled to do one soon!
