My head is spinning!!!

Ok i had a busy day! I saw 4 RHs today:

Riviera
Westbury Manor
Fox Hollow
Crest Hollow

I LOVED westbury manor!!!! I met with Felicia and she was great, the food selection is AMAZING! The riviera was great too! Fox hollow was ok i didnt really like the room they showed me.

I didnt like the crest hollow at all, not my taste and the guy was SUPER annoying!!!!!!!!!!!

4 down and about 12 more to go!

We looked at Fox Hollow too and didn't fall in love. It's nice but not for us. Plus, they don't off anything after the wedding.

theres a few more but i cant think right now

ETA: i went to about 9 of them, and wound up at the fourth one we looked at on the second day of looking. lol

I saw Felicia at WM yesterday too! She really knows how to sell a place!

Good luck! I had my prom at Fox Hollow, I barely remember what it looked like!!!!!

As far as Three Village Inn, I used to work there, and the place is really beautiful. The main ballroom, however, isn't a typical GRAND ballroom with really high ceilings, etc. It's very charming and quaint. There's a wall of windows on the lefthand side of the room where there's a hallway to the outside, where they have the CH if it's nice. There are beautiful gardens. But this place is also a restaurant, so the ballroom is off the main dining room, you and your BP will be standing in it waiting for your announcement. The Bridal Suite is very nice, again, very quaint. They usually have a minimum of around 150-175 for a prime Sat. night, the room MAX holds 220. When you go the room will either be empty or set up for a meeting, so it's hard to get the full visual, so DEFINITELY check the photo albums when you are waiting in the parlor.

If you are having the ceremony there, you have two choices. One is to have it in a room there; the room is actually two rooms separated by a doorway that they widen for the ceremony. They have had some beautiful ceremonies in that room, but your guests and BP have to walk from that room across the restaurant to the ballroom; something to consider if you really want privacy. If you are having the ceremony outside, it will be on the front lawn. The lawn is large and beautiful with a circular drive. So yes, while your ceremony is going on, cars can be pulling up to drop guests off, people walking about, traffic on Main Street can be noisy.

Also, there are cottages and guest rooms at the Inn, so ask about blocking them for OOT guests. Chrissy is the BM there, and she is relally cool and basically does anything you want or need. The food is excellent and the wedding packages are top-notch. You can also DEFINITELY neogiate and they will work with your budget.

What reallllllllllly sells it in the end is eating at the restaurant.

westbury manor is beautiful i had orginally booked with them but i had to pull out of the deal beacause the small room that we orginally booked was now to small for us and the large room was way to big so it wasnt going to work out for us and we lost $1000 they didnt give it back to us.
