All the families who lost a love one on the 9/11 attacks!!! such an unfortunate event that will never be forgotten :( I still feel it as if it was yesterday

i couldnt help but tear up during the moment of silence at school this morning. hard to believe its been seven years feels like yesterday.

Every 9/11 I get so teary eyed, Who would have thought that day would have turned out the way it did. I dont think any of us willl ever forget it.

they had extended prayer time at school today (i teach in a Catholic school) and when they did a moment of silence, i had a few kids ask why........they are only second graders....they were all born in 2001.....it was hard to explain to the exactly what happened.

every year it always seems that its just a blah day, kind of just go through the routine just to get the day over with

yea, it's still really hard for me to watch the memorial that they do on tv. Especially since they show a face to all the names..it makes you really appreciate life and your family.

my nephew was born sept. 20, 2001 & he asked my brother yesterday what happend & he couldn't answer him. my brother is not the type to hide anything from his kids. my nephew went to his first funeral at 2 years old. its a very sad day for so many people.
