I get bad anxiety attacks sometimes, and I am not feeling anxious right now, but my heart is beating so fast. I definitely had too much caffeine today. I feel like I'm moving a mile a minute. I hate this feeling.

Probably not since I just remembered that I took a decongestant, which is probably why my heart is pounding really bad.

My dad just gave me an adrenaline blocker, so hopefully that will help.

Thanks girls! The adrenaline blocker kicked in and I feel much better now. I gotta get me a bottle of those!

Do you get the anxiety attacks often? I use to get them bad, does anything in peticular trigger them for you?
