My hospital adventure this morning...

So FH wakes me up at 4am 'take me to the hospital.' He hurt his back yesterday at work and was complaining about it last night...but when he woke me up he said he could barely move and that his left leg was going numb...so of course we get dressed quick and i take him right to the ER. The doctors didnt really tell us anything we didnt know, rest/ice/etc. But they gave him some precosets while he was there and a muscle relaxant to help ease the pain and spasms, and let me tell you he looked high as a kite from it!! He said that the meds were helping him be more comfortable sitting/laying down so it was a good thing they gave him something. All that came out of going was 3 different prescriptions to fill but hopefully they help him...We were in the hospital for about 3 hours so it wasnt too bad

the sad part: FH's only concern is that with the meds he wont be able to drink during the giants game tomorrow...gotta love his priorities!!!

ha! totally sounds like something my FH would say!

well im glad it was nothing too serious..hopefully they wont nab you with a huge ER bill now.

go get some sleep!

He felt bad for me though (strangely enough) in a rush i just threw on my uggs on the way out the door...well when we got out of my car I stepped in a HUGE puddle and totally ruined the boots (not like i wont wear them anyway...) he kept saying sorry i made you do that and stuff...I kept telling him to stop saying sorry, i didnt care about the boots i cared more about him and how he was doing..but i dont think he quite understood though...

want to go to bed, but i have to work today, i am on 8-430, hmph lol

Hope FH is feeling better... and he can drink during the Giants game as long as he doesn't take any more percosets... it's a trade-off
