I so desperately want to own a house! God, I can taste it I want to so badly!!! But we probably won't be soon until we figure out DH's job situation. And we will most likely be looking out of the NY metro area. What can I do in the meantime so make this clock from ticking so loudly? We are slowly saving money, but I want to own a house now!!!
what about opening a money market account or CD to put your house savings into...then you can see it growing...
I definitely feel for you...we were in NY for 8 months when we knew we were moving out of state...and then when we got to our new city...we rented for 6 months...and we backed out of a condo...so signed a lease for another 6 months!!! we are just getting to the point where we may own something in the next month or 2!!!
