My interview is Monday..

My interview is Monday..

So I called the number back in the email and I have an interview on Monday for the NYC schools at 4 pm. I want to get something on the spot...lol but I know it won't happen. I am very nervous about it. The lady said that I had to bring copy of my certification and resume. I want to bring my letters of reference but the one that I really want (Director of Special Education) I don't think will be written by then. She told me she would love to write a letter for me but I don't want to say to her I need it by Monday. She is so busy with meetings and everything. I think it would look really good if I had her letter with me but oh well we will see what happens.

Maybe you can send her an email just hinting around about your interview and how much you would love to be able to have the letter from her to give to them at your interview and about how excited you are about this potential job. I don't think that it would hurt anything if you indirectly asked, but I wouldn't push the subject....Just give it a try, you never know...Good luck on the interview!!!!!

Thanks girls. Yeah I am going to call her secretary tomorrow. She is really cool and so sweet. She knows me really well. Maybe I can get her to push her..lol

will you see her tomorrow?? maybe if you just HAPPEN to mention to her that your interview is on monday she'll type it up quick?! it's worth a shot, try it!! you'll feel more confident going in with it.

CONGRATS!! you never know.. you COULD get hired on the spot ive heard it happens often!

just dont sign anything until you Know for sure where you will be ive heard horror stories about people getting stuck in areas most people dont want to work in.

Im reallyunfamiliar with this because i was hired at a school.

So def ask around about this.

I never feel comfortable with the idea of signing something and not knowing all the details
