For those of you who remember that I sent them on Saturday and had that post office issue (I had them weighed, stamped them all and then hand cancelled them...only to be told by the person who sorts the mail that she thought I needed higher postage)
MINE ARRIVED! So did my mom's and my grandma (but those 3 were sent to the same address)
And, the mailman had to drop them in front of the door because they were to thick to stuff into our tiny mailbox

oh heck yea, I mailed one to myself. I did it to ensure that they arrived and to try to gauge how long they'd take to arrive

That still sounds weird..,
Hand Cancelling.. wedding invitations.... I guess.. that is what it is.
