My mother picked up my invites from lion in the sun yesterday - and says the calligrapher did such a gorgeous job that she doesn't want to put a STAMP on it since it would RUIN the gorgeous work she did - so I can't wait until I get mine to see how it looks!!!!
So they will probably go out this weekend!!!!

I would love to but I don't have a scanner and I am in Michigan so I haven't seen the final product myself!
Marcela1654, Robeymuse, Tammyjill or Princessrose should be able to post the pics of the calligraphy and the invites when they get them soon,
The calligraphy was hand done by a calligrapher thru Lion in the Sun - in the same color ink (navy blue) as my invites-
The invites are Julie Holcomb - Letterpress - in a Claudia Calhoun style (Elizabeth)

They are White with Navy blue letterpress ink, i don't know if you are familiar with Julie Holcomb but she hand foils the edging of her paper - so I have silver edging on the paper - I CAN'T wait to see the final product!!! My family has since they are on LI to help me but I have yet to see them since I ordered them and they faxed me a proof!

I am excited for you!!!! My invitations were engraved crooked, so they had to be re-done. I haven't gotten them back and I won't have my envelopes for a week :(
