Rachel, I am LMAO I think the same conversation was happening in our house!

He dislocated his shoulder and is expected to be out 2-4 months. My Yankees can function without him but will be alot better when he returns.

Giambi is my favorite as well. He used to be #2 on my list but since they traded Shane Spencer (I love that boy next door look) he has moved into my #1 spot.

Can't wait for opening day on Monday!!

LOL - last season I went to a game and there was this sullen boy about 14 with his parents and little sister....Dad, trying to cheer him up goes 'You wanna get a jersey? I'll get you a jersey...how about a Derek Jeter jersey?'

The kid looks at his father incredulously and goes 'Dad! Only chicks wear Jeter jerseys...gross! The guys will break my balls!' LOL

Then he goes 'I'll take a Giambi though.'

LOL that is funny.

I asked FI last night if we can go to baseball games this year. He looked at me like I was crazy. I told him last year we went (I got free tix from work and we went to a Mets game. Hey they were free)

So since he is only off on Mondays and Tuesdays he said we'll go to a few monday night games this summer.

In our 4 years together last year was the first time we went to a baseball game together and I had so much fun going with him .

So this year our new thing is baseball games.

Then in my utter craziness (and after watching the food networks baseball stadium foods) I told him I want to go to every baseball field in america.
