So long story short, she rents the top apt to us. We've been there almost a year, She is a packrat and has crap all over the place.We're the clean ones! Her family has been coming every week to clean(hmm is someone trying to sell??) so last night I was outside and she tells me I have to clear out stuff in the storage room(ITS ON MY FLOOR!) that room is supposed to be ours-but she never cleared her sh*t out of it. She goes Im nice but my sisters arent.
I was like Helen, I work full time and so does Carl you cant just make us clean out YOUR storage room. Old biddy. I swear.

I have a few things(when I say a few I mean a few...3 folding chairs and 2 empty storage bins carefully placed ontop of each other)
The rest is her stuff. Technically, its a room out in the landing that really should belong to US. I hear ya I hate renting too...
especially to old people who their mortgage has been paid off and yet they INSIST on CASH every month for the rent....hmmm...avoiding getting taxed much?!

OH MY!! I feel for you!!!! I hate renting but right now its the best we can do. We rent from a management company but I have rented from a private person and they just suck! There mortage has been paid about 5 times over and they are just rude!!
I would take your stuff out and then that it. I would not touch one other thing because they its 'you broke this when you moved your stuff'.
Its weird she wants cash, I would call the IRS on her haha.

Believe me. I am about to. She bought a brand new car, goes to AC all the time, I can go on and on. Its not my fault she let the house fall apart. I swear if you saw her place and my place you would be like OMG what a difference. We repainted, replaced things...unbelievable! I cant wait to have my own house(whenever that happens!)
