My landlord is nuts

why is the heat coming up??? its about 90 degrees in the apartment.

I have all the windows opened, the ceiling fans on, and I even turned the valves and yet the heat is still pumping.

My mom' apartment is like that. She is in a building and they CRANK the heat all the time!!! She always has all the windows open and it's still hot (I'm always hot there and usually I'm always freezing)

Talk about wasting $$$ At least it's not yours!!

maybe he is trying to do the oppsite of the other day when he turned off your hot water?!?!?!

We own our aparment, and they keep raising the maintinence charge, for heating oil, meanwhile we have most of our radiators turned off, and the apartment is sweltering! Every window is open, and it is still at least 80 in here. Maybe they could lower the friggin maintinence charge if they didn't have the thermostat so high!!
