My Landlord Smokes and it's disgusting

I love this place other than the fact that everyday all I smell is stale cigarretes...

I have closed the vents, except for one which is stuck, used plug in air freshners and lit candles.

I have about had it. How gross is it to smoke in your house?? Why can't she just sit on the patio..

I used to have this problem in my apartment co-op. Somebody was smoking in one of the neighboring apartments... and the smell was coming up through my window from an adjacent window.


Then all of a sudden.... it stopped. Either the person quit... or they moved.

Thank god.

Well, I am not a smoking advocate, but if it were my house, I would dance naked in it if I felt like it. If she wants to smoke in her own house, there's not too much you can do about it.

My landlord used to smoke too, but she was kind enough to do it near the exhaust fan in the kitchen, usually.
