my last day at work
ok long story short ... i have been working part time at an embroidery store for six years ... i started when i was in high school and I continued through out college. Today is my last day because I got a teaching job ... which starts on Monday! I always thought that i would be so happy to leave here and have a 'real' job but leaving kind of feels werid ... i guess because i have been here for so long and because this is where FH and i met and fell in love.
FH's parents own the emboidery store and thats how we met. (he does all the designing and graphics) We didnt actually end up liking eachother/going out for about 2 1/2 years after i started working there ... its so funny how things turn out. when i first started working here i never thought in a million years that i would end up with my bosses son haha. I am def going to miss seeing him at his desk everyday and getting to joke around about different people we have to deal with. Don't get me wrong ... there were tons of times when working together got stressful! but i soon realized that if we could work together, we could def live together for the next 50 years of our lives! I feel like im growing up and moving on to the next phase of my life ... kind of scary and exciting all at the same time! but i will def miss this place ... AND i will def be in here all the time to embroider stuff for the wedding!
