what was the first real date like with FH?? what did you do? was it akward? DETAiLS!
FH and I went to eat chinese food, then he helped me pick out a CD player for my car, then we just drove around the rest of the night talking..
it wasnt akward at all, he made me laugh the entire time, and we talked the whole time!! im pretty sure i had butterflies all night!.. then, i went home, all smiles, and we talked on the phone the rest of the night!!

good question. i absolutely loved our first 'real date' he was so sweet..
i had been talking about having to get a manicure and that i would that coming up weekend so first thing on our date, he took me to this really nice salon where he went to get a manicure a couple of times, lol and i got my nails done and of course he paid even thought i tried, lol and the whole time they were like, ohhh coca cola guy finally brings the girl hes been talking about who he likes so much, omg he was so embarassed but it was the cutest thing ever! then he took me took this italian restaurant and we just ate and talked so much and drank a bottle of wine. then we talked morree in the car and had our first kiss! then we just drove around and then he brought me back to where my car was parked (my mom didnt know we were dating yet and i didnt want her to see this new guy pick me up). I love that night and then he proposed at the same restaurant and the same booth that we had our first date at!

for our first real date we went to dinner to this restaurant in whitestone and then we went to play pool... after that we were just driving around, fh was like oh i wanna check to see when this other place opens... so we drive to an ice skating rink and he goes to find out when their hours are... then we drive around randomly some more and we end up at dunkin donuts, drive around some more... there was a lot of random driving around... later on after we were dating for a while, fh told me we were just driving around going random places because he didnt want to bring me home yet... aww

we went into the city, it was just a few days before halloween. his brother was playing in a band at a bar, so we went to dinner first and then went to see his brother play. i was sooooooo nervous to already be meeting some of his family members so i drank ALOT....i mean the most i have ever. so needless to say, i couldn't even walk out of the bar, FH had to carry me to the car, I completely passed out during the drive home....as soon as I got inside my house I threw up everything from dinner....my poor father had to help me to bed....The funny part is my father still gives FH a hard time about bringing his daughter home like that!

FH suggested over an email to got to Chipotle. When I saw that I was doubting highly my ability to choose the 'right' guys. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and found this great wine bar/Italian restaurant in Chelsea. When he met me after work I told him that I don't like Mexican food and I thought we can go to this other place instead. He was totally cool about it, which put a point under 'I like him' column. This ended up being the best date of my life! We talked for hours and then went for a walk towards the train, 6th and 34th, where he kissed me He proposed at the same restaurant on Valentine's!
Each time we walk by Chipotle I still make fun of him for thinking that was good enough for our date LOL

Well we were still in High School. He picked me up after school, so we went to play pool and then to the pizzeria. After we went shopping for his friend's daughter's birthday present. Then he took the train with me and walked me home.
It wasn't awkward for me, but I could tell he was very nervous. The next day, I went with him to his friend's daughter's bday party and I met everyone.

First real date was going to the movies at Sunrise Mutiplex. Can't remember the movie but all I know is I got a yelling from my mother because I was out so late and she had no clue where I was. Mind you, I was 17 years old.

We met at Starbuck's for coffee and then walked around Marjorie Post Park(where we are having our e-party) . We then went to SouthSide for a late lunch early dinner. It just clicked. South Side is a place I went so many times as a child.

OUr first date wasn't awkward in the least, actually. We had been talking online (we were in college in separate cities and met each other through a team we were both on), so when we actually had a date it felt like we had been dating forever. In fact, I kissed him in Penn Station within like 45 seconds of seeing him lol. Guess I broke the ice :)

It was kind of akward, because it was hard to walk and talk to him at the same time because FH is deaf and it was hard for me to understand him and I felt bad because i kept saying what after things he kept saying and there were alot of akward silences. its a shocker that we went out again after that

We went out to dinner...went to chili's. It was nice, very casual. I got a chicken ceasar pita and it was soooo messy. I thought I was gonna be wearing it. Then I wanted desert but I didnt get it cuz i didnt want him to think i was a fat@ss. I had a great time, but he didnt think I did b/c I didnt even kiss him at the end of the night..I ddnt want to come off as easy.

I can't remember our first real date... neither can he apparently so I don't feel bad. We were good friends and he was actually living at my parents house before we started going out so we probably never had one...
