So, this is the last vendor I have to book. I haven't visited any of them but narrowed them down to 3 by price and recommendations over the phone. Coachman is TOTALLY out. I called tonight and the person was so busy he told me to call after Wednesday............ WEDNESDAY!!!!!!! I don't think so.
So, it's down to Royalty and All-Star limo. Any experience with those 2. They are the same price (Royalty slightly higher).
Ultimate class is also out b/c they don't have the Escalade.

Karina you didn't book limos yet? I booked Royalty last year! I know some people will complain about Royalty and others will say they had a wonderful experience. So far, we have had a great experience. It seems that most bad experiences were resolved either during the use of the vehicles or later that evening. Needless to say, we are not worried. I have told FH everyone's situations good or bad. FH stopped by their office recently to see if we can add on a lincoln limo for his family and they through in a pick up service. He had to negotiate a bit for it. Anyway, I have noted what bad experiences have occurred and plan on going to Royalty eventually, to ask what was done to solve the problem.
We booked them because they had the most vehicles that we were booking in their fleet. Also, we got a good deal for booking 3 Cadillacs.

I know Wanda, I've been slacking in the limo dept. They just aren't important to us. it's the last thing on our list but I am determined to book one by next week. thanks for the info.
btw...i didn't book limos until 2 weeks before the wedding...so don't worry about slacking

I booked Royalty last October for my June (next month!!!) wedding. We met with Manny who was SO nice. His price was a little higher but he was so cool to us that we didn't care. He was very accomodating and curtious!!! Their cars are garage kept and in great condition...and they have multiple cars of the same type so if God forbid something goes wrong...they'll have a back up! Definately check them out. I think you'll be happy you did!

Karina What Kelly said is right. We went to Ultimate Class and he said he would have to get the Cadillac CTS for us from someone else. Umm no thanks! At least he was honest he was outsourcing that vehicle but I didn't feel comfortable that they would do that.

I used Royalty and so did my brother for our weddings last year. We both also used the Escalade.
We both had geat experiences with them. The driver, Phil was very sweet and helpful. They arrived early and knew where they were going. No problems at all!

oh, crap I guess this means I have to start moving on booking limos K, did All Star give you a quote over the phone? I am planning to look at All Star, Ultimate Class and Alexis for our limos, once we figure out how many cars we need

Hmi- All the limo companies gave me a quote over the phone. BY FAR, Alexis was THE highest. Really high!!!! Ulitimate class didn't have the car I wanted.

Karina, I'm sorry you had a bad telephone experience w/ Coachman. They gave me the best price for Exactly what I wanted and were more than accomodating. Have you tried FM them? They may respond quicker. I just don't want you to miss out on them b/c of one bad call. Then again, I know how you must've felt when they told you to call back... Pretty rude! But you can use that comment to your benefit if you call back!
