Kiehl's has a store in Manhattan (on 2d and 13th) and I think the only other place you can get it is at Barney's and Saks - check out their website at

Jenny -I think the Saks at the Whitman mall in Huntington carries it too - maybe try one that the other ladies recommend for now but definitely buy a tube of Lip Balm #1 - it's awesome!

soft works, does not help heal.

My problem was if I miss just one 1/2 day of applying lip balm, they dry out,,,especially when I teach an aerobics class..

So I need a god healer, not preventer.

I like the lip balm by Soap Box (vendor here). So nice and smooth, and great flavors too!!

aquaphor...I was on accutane and got severely chapped lips (they actually would bleed).

My FH gets really chapped lips and he SWEARS by Natural Ice (it is the only one that helps him.) He gets it at Walmart. I have heard great things about Kiehl's but have never used it.

My derm. reccomends aquaphor....you can get it at any drug store (I used it when I was on accutane as well)

i always use vaseline..

but when they do get chepped anyhow, from a sickness or what not..good old fashioned regular chapstick does the trick. for me, the medicated stuff hurt me more.

I am actually in the minority - I don't like Kiehl's. I find it actually makes my lips more chapped and gives me little pimples around my mouth. AVEDA makes a great lip saver.
