My little Stormy...

the same thing happened with our family cat Brandy.

no one else had the balls to put him to sleep. I did it. It was so hard. I couldn't sign the paper work. Leo had to do it for me. I was crying like a baby. but the suffering...he couldn't keep anything down...was sooo thin and vomitted all the time. It was no way to live.

My cat Coco died a bit over a year ago from cancer. I was tearing up reading your post remembering my Coco. I really thing losing a pet is one of the hardest things - they give us so much unconditional love

I am thinking we will have to make that decision soon - Angelo and I will have to do it together...

I was so happy when Cailen was born - I wanted Stormy to be his big brother... I pictured Cailen toddling around the house saying 'Toooorm... Tooormmm....' Because kids have trouble saying the 'ST' sound. Storm is so sweet with him too....

I'm so sorry. I know just how you feel. I've had to put down several of our cats and dogs. Its a tough decision, but watching them in pain every day is even harder.

I just lost my Pepsi at only 7 months old in January. Even though I only had her for a short time losing her was so painful for me. I miss her.

I am so incredibly sorry. I am a pet lover and losing a pet is so freakin' hard no matter how much of a pain they might be. His spirit will always be with you. Be strong and put your beautiful baby out of his misery soon. I am so so sorry....

Omg Liza, I am so very sorry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's so difficult having to face this decision, but you need to do what you know is right.

Think of it this way, Stormy was with you through everything and now it's time for him to move on. Remember, cats have 9 lives, he needs to be someone else's silver lining.

I am so sorry to hear that Liza. I was crying as I read about your Stormy. 2 years ago, my 'brother' DJ, who was 21 years old, died. he was so sick and in so much pain. It killed me to see him like that. No one in my family was able to put him to sleep until finally one day one of my sisters decided to take him to the vet. He died on his way to the vet in my sister's arms.

Ugh, it breaks my heart to hear stories like this. Poor Stormy
