still haven't gotten it!! What is wrong with these people that it is taking so long to process?? It's been 40 days already. I mean not like I NEED the certificate to know I'm married but still . . .anyone else take forever to get theirs??

You should call up the officiant, then call up the clerk you filed your license with in the first place. We got ours back 6 days after we were married, so that sounds A LOT like the officiant didn't mail it.

six days! wow . .no I spoke to her and she said she mailed it. . mine is being processed in the city and she said they were super slow but STILLL

that happend to me i called to found out it was lefted in the bottom of a bin at the place and when i called they found it and processed it

Definitely give your officiant a call. We got ours back about a month, maybe sooner, from the wedding.
