My MOH Duties... (SFP0214 STAY OUT!!!)

Girls... over the weekend I made the centerpieces for my friend, SFP0214's shower.

She recently posted my gift and told me I couldn't come in so I am doing the same. And Trish...if you are reading this I will hurt you! Haahahha....

So here are the pics of my handicrafts...plus the huge tin basket of all her towels, CD Shower Radio, frame, cookie cutter, and other 'pink' supplies for her shower.

What do you think?

We are doing a 'southern tea theme' in honor of her fiance! ... here are the invites that are coming today!

Thank you so much! I know she'll do the same for me in about 9-10 months! Hahaha!

My mom and I worked so hard. At first, I only did the small topiaries... they have a white/light pink hydrangea center and I painted the dowels and pots pink. Added some moss and clear stones...viola! Then we decided we needed a larger centerpiece and made the large one! We finished just as the sun went down yesterday!

I feel so productive!

For those who asked, the centerpieces were really easy. I got white hydrangea and a styrofoam ball... I attached the hydrangea by sticking it into the ball (but I did hotglue some petals in to make sure they stayed) and the painted a ceramic potter and dowls PINK (her wedding colors are pink, pink and pink)... I stuck the dowls in the ball, then had another piece of foam in the base and stuck it in there... add some moss, some clear stones and hotglued some hydrangea to the vase and viola!

the big one was the same idea but i ended up using some roses --- the white and dark pink (color of our dresses)... it came out really pretty!
