preggers... WOOHOO!!! i'm so happy for her. I'm gonna be a god-mommy.
Now... her due date is October 1st. That's roughly one month before the wedding. How do I go about with alterations and stuff?
Also, when should I plan her baby shower? My shower is August 28th so I'm assuming before that. How much before that. July? We have all the same friends so I don't want people to feel like they're buying gifts every weekend. TIA.

Whoo hoo! Congrats MOH!
As for the shower, I'd do it either 2 weeks before yours or 2 weeks after. I know it's close, but that seems like the best you'll be able to do! Good luck!

I think July is good. She may give birth sometime in September so July is only 8 weeks ahead

on of my BM's is due on 5/11... a month before our wedding. she was 4 months pregnant when we ordered the dresses and had gained alot of weight already (i am not being mean, she says it all the time, she was so sick in the beginning all she did is eat!). She knew she obviously can't exercise after in the month before the wedding, so she orderd a size bigger than what they measure her at 4 months... they recommended smaller but she was worried. she figured its easier to make smaller!

its a lot easier to alter a bigger dress then have to squeeze into a smaller one or order a new one

that baby dust is flying alllll over the place. My BM is having her baby (my neice/or nephew) 2 weeks before my wedding. She's ordering her dress as the size she is at 4 months.

My girls already ordered their dresses from RK and they've arrived. But the good news is that the dress came in huge even though we went by the measurements. So it's like ordering the dress 2 sizes bigger. We ordered her a 6 based on her measurements and she fit into one of the size 2's for my other BM. Ridiculous.
