My MOH just asked me about my bachelorette party!

She wants to know what I'd like to do, and I have no idea! I was thinking maybe a show, like Naked Boys Singing, or maybe Karaoke....can't decide! Anyone have any suggestions? Nothing too crazy....I am getting boring in my old age , and I have two pregnant BMs to consider!

For mine, we went to a spa and then a nice dinner and the karaoke - it was so much fun! I felt the same as you - some of my BMs were pregnant and I'm getting old! :) I just wanted something hat everyone could enjoy - and I managed to drink my share anyway!

emily, did you do all of this in Manhattan or on LI? Just curious......trying also to decide if I feel like doing the whole Manhattan night out thing. I've done it sooo much over the years it's kinda lost it's thrill!

P.S. - the spa and dinner idea is great!

We had a nice dinner in Manhatten and then went to see Cabaret. It was really nice.

DO NOT DO THE DONKEY SHOW.

i went to the donkey show for a Bach party and honestly did not care for it... tickets were like $40 or $50 and they don't even give you one drink with that!! Then, drinks were $$$$ and served in small plastic cups (like the ones elementary schoolers drink out of).

They gave us a 'kit' for the bride, which included champage. you're supposed to have the bartender pop the bottle for you. She popped the bottle, but instead of pouring for us, she handed us a stack of bathroom-size plastic cups and has the nerve to say: 'This does not include gratuity' and puts her palm face up.

SKIP IT.

lol, thats how they are in a popular NEw York club. I am not going there.

I wasn't impressed with the Donkey Show. I thought it was weird, to be honest.

We are going to go out to dinner, not sure where yet. I was thinking of Lips or the Lucky Chang's but I heard the food in both places are hit and miss. And I don't need anyone getting sick that night. Then I want to go dancing at that club (holy cow my mind is going) that plays all the 70's and 80's music, it's in the city. I want to say Polly Esther's but tha'ts not there anymore.
