my MOH stood me up

at my final dress fitting today. .. and I has asked her to come b/c I had felt so bad about my dress last time when I went by myself and really needed someone there!!

so I sat there 30 minutes waiting for her an NOTHING. . I called FH almost in tears and he called another one of my friends who left her house in brooklyn and jumped on a subway and bus to come all the way into the city. . and then called another friend to meet me!!

I am still so sad about my MOH and don't know what happened but felt soo loved by my other friends and they helped me fall back in LOVE with my dress!! so sad and yeah all in one day. .

still hope my MOH is okay!!

I did FINALLY hear from her. . apparently she was with a friend who twisted an ankle and she ended up helping her and not being able to get in touch with me b/c she went to the er with her and then took her home. .

and yes I was so lucky that I had my friends swoop in. . I said they were like wedding dress ninjas!!!

glad my MOH was okay and while I was still upset we chatted and I am over it. . I know she felt bad and you know life happens and I understand she had to take care of her friend. . just bad luck and bad timing!

I'm so glad you had wonderful people to come join you!!! Sorry your MOH was missing, but good she didn't try to use her cell in the ER!
