My mom and Fh made me cry happy tears
My birthday was Saturday - thank you all for your happy wishes!
On Sunday FH, me and the kids went to my mom's to celebrate. My mom and I have a 'Friendship Heart Box' that we give back and forth to each other with a small gift or love note. She gave the box to me after we had cake and in it was a handkercheif to carry on my wedding day. It was the same handkercheif that she carried on her wedding day which was the same one that was given to my grandmother when she was in nursing school by a patient of hers. It is off-white (due to age) and has blue rings embroidered on it. My mom wrote this beautiful note that made me ball my eyes out it was so beautiful. It will be my something old and something blue.![]()
Then...FH takes my new cell phone that he gave me that morning and walks away. He comes back a few minutes later and tells me to hold the phone. He calls me from his cell phone and what plays? 'Here Comes The Bride'. He downloaded it for me to hear when he calls. Of course, I started crying again.
It was a wonderful weekend.![]()
