We want everyone to get ready at my mom's house which is 45 min away from hall...
we want to take pictures of all of us girls at my moms.
What time should we start getting ready???? What time should we have the make up/hair/ photographers arrive?
what time should we tell the limo??

I say u need minimum 5 hrs prior to u leaving ur house, to get dolled up, dressed photos, and room for a break to breath for u go say i do
ur limos have them arrive by 6

Everyone should arrive at your house at 1 pm. It will take approx 3-4 hours to get ready (on the wedding day, everything takes longer than it normally would)
Then, you'll need between 1-2 hours to take photos.
Plan to leave your house by 5:45. (again, everything takes longer on the actual wedding day- so that's why I gave you an extra 1/2 hour for travel time)
So, tell the hair and makeup people to arrive at 1. (for me, everyone was getting their hair done, but only a few of us were having our makeup done, so my makeup people only came 3 1/2 hours early)
Video should arrive by 4-4:30, depending on how much of your 'preparations' you want on tape. If you don't want any preparations on tape, then just tell them to get to the ceremony location by 6 to start filming guests.
Photo should arrive at 3-3:30, again depending on how much prep you want on film. If you don't want any prep on film, then tell them to get here by 4.
Limo should arrive at 5:45 and be ready to depart at that time.

The prep time already suggested is great, but I would actually push everything back a half hour. I would leave your house by 5-5:15 at the latest. You want to have enough time to get to your hall and relax for a minute. You don't want to be stressing that you may be getting there right on time. Maybe it's just me though, I always tend to be early for things.
