My mom is getting me Doug from Patken!
We went to Patken over the weekend, and compared albums. Doug really is FANTASTIC, and he did my brother's wedding in 2000 (although... at that time, he was the same price as everyone else). Now... here's the question... they offer Doug for $1500 more for everything up until the reception, and then another photographer comes in to take over (I can't pick who it is... it's whoever is available from their staff). Or, for $2500 more, he stays for everything. Should we just make him stay for everything? At that point, we're talking 5500 bucks for pictures! Yikes! (my mother insists we get Doug... she wants me to love my pictures as much as my brother loved his). THANKS, MOM! (I still feel bad about it... I didn't ask for it! She insisted!)
